I wanted to thank you for the prompt, capable and courteous service provided by your technician named Don #49. It was early Sunday on Christmas weekend and water was streaming from our dining room ceiling. Your office answered the phone on the first ring and Don was at our home within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and answered my questions in a professional manner. We were even able to make it to church on time. I intend to call Village Plumbing for my plumbing needs in the future. Thanks again.

I visited your store on Kirby this afternoon for a part. This was my third time in this store. I’ve never seen such great service! Today I watched one of the guys take a lot of time working with a young lady, explaining how to fix a problem. I’ve seen great service during my other visits but today was over the top. Please tell your guys that their professionalism was noticed and appreciated.

It seems like customer service is a lost art these days. It still surprises me that companies don't take customer service seriously. It was so refreshing to have a great customer service experience... no matter how bad my plumbing issues are.
Also Monica I wanted to tell you what a great gentleman you have working for you, Jose Rodas. Not all technicians are always the most polite, use appropriate language in a training setting and is always dressed and groomed nicely ( I LOVE his hair). Well, Jose has all of those qualities and more I am sure. When I see an employee that really stands out to me, I like to communicate that to the employer and he is one of them. He will make Village Plumbing and our industry proud!

Ms. Ryan -- I am writing to let you know how pleased we have been with your employees and their service in our home every single time we have used Village Plumbing.
Your employees have always been unusually respectful and helpful. They always seem to know what they are doing and what must be done, but I never feel as if they are trying to push something that we don't need.
They do their work efficiently and well and are extremely professional about it.
Having dealt with service personnel over many years of home-owning and home repairs, I have said repeatedly that your staff is the best I've ever met. I am aware that that kind of good service doesn't come without a conscious effort on the staff and their leadership.
My assumption is that the quality of work we receive from Village Plumbing starts with you, and so I wanted to thank you for setting such a high standard of excellence.

Mark came out to my house yesterday and promptly fixed my problem which was a total snake down all the way then I have to get a wingnut for the outside pipe coming out of the house.
He was terrific and even my daughters said "he was so polite"!!

What will you remember about our service to you?
Robert Ramirez did a great job in every way. I was told by another company sent by American Home Shield that they could not clear the line and would need to dig up the yard abd replace the pipe for about $3000. Robert got the job done in less than an hour although it was not easy. He is a thorough professional and a nice guy. Also the lady who was answering the phone calls (not a machine) was a pleasure to deal with and got me service on Saturday as well. Thanks for the great service in all areas.

Hi Monica,
Happy Easter! I called V.P. this morning and the person who answered was very nice. Then they got somebody over to our house by 9:30! The man was extremely courteous, professional, efficient, and willing to explain our problem and what he was going to do to fix it. His name is Chris Welkey. He did a great job and we are so grateful. I have already told my mother and my sister to call Village Plumbing the next time they need a plumber.
